I will send over an invoice for payment with all commission details involved directly to you. I will not accept any other form of services for payment - for example, currencies in games etc.

• I have the right to refuse your commission if;

​

1. Breaks any I DON'T rules or customer makes me uncomfortable through interactions (before services begin)

​

2. Negative intentions behind commission directed at self/ other etc.

​

3. Are a known scammer.

4. You do not fall under my guidelines + PayPal TOS

• Contact - Customer and own ends.

​

During the commission process, there needs to be equal communication on both ends in order to progress the commission. If you would like any changes or updates, please contact me as soon as possible so I can work with you to change it.

 

Any contact will be made in GMT (UK) time and I will try and get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Please note - While I do not charge for adjustments, there is a limit to how much change I am willing to do. Sketches can be adjusted as much as possible, however once lined, only minor edits can be performed e.g. arm position and facial expressions etc.

• Questions and answering.

 

Before I accept your commission, I will ask questions so I can understand what you are looking for.,  to make sure that I am able to deliver this. Additionally, adjustments can be made along the way if needed.

 

• If the piece has been finished and accepted by you, I am no longer able to issue a refund, as you have confirmed that you are happy with the piece.

Your entitlement to a refund will depend on how much work has been completed. If the piece is in the sketch stage or early line art stage where little work has been completed, or I cannot complete the piece for any reason, then I am able to issue a refund. However, if the work is near completion, no issues have arisen and you have shown to be happy with the result then you are no longer able to get a refund.

 

• If Commissioning as someone below 18 and as a new customer - Have Caretaker/Parent permission or else you will be blacklisted.

PayPal TOS - If you are an individual, you must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into a contract to open a PayPal account and use the PayPal services.

​

If found that you haven't had permission or fall on any of the 'rejection' TOS rules - You will be blacklisted until you're old enough, if you mistreat PayPal guidelines you may be permanently blacklisted by me (e.g. Scamming intentions or break any above TOS. that are quite big)​
